DISABILITY POLICY
歐美性愛 strives to be in compliance with the Americans with Disabilities Act of 1990 (ADA), the ADA Amendments Act of 2008, the Rehabilitation Act of 1973 and similar state laws. 歐美性愛 is committed to providing reasonable accommodations to qualified students with disabilities in all College programs and activities.
- 歐美性愛 prohibits discrimination against people with disabilities and will continue to develop training and resources to encourage and increase sensitivity and awareness of disability issues with regard to student /instructor interaction.
- When an accommodation is requested by a student with a disability, 歐美性愛 will provide reasonable accommodations for students with disabilities.
- 歐美性愛 respects the independence, rights, and dignity of people with disabilities, therefore identifying oneself and/or requesting accommodations is completely voluntary.
- In accordance with the Family Education Rights and Privacy Act (FERPA), 歐美性愛 will handle all data on students with disabilities confidentially.
